how to deal with it got little response. Website marketing revamped for Covid. Ramping up solar power
and bushfire safety. Using immune booster supplements, Vit C, orange juice, coconut juice. trying to get
yoga and exercise routine going. Trying to get MS Planner working. Trying to drop or resolve legal
disputes on property. Assisting neighbors. Clearing more land and looking at building projects to fill in

Unnamed community for those with special needs, Minnesota, USA
We are not letting anyone come into our community that doesn't live here. Employees are on paid
leave, some working from home. We have just a couple people who run to town to pick up food and
supplies and everything gets wiped down. We have new members joining out community but they are
comfortably quarantining for two weeks in one of our empty homes before joining the rest of the
community.

We've been making lots of adjustments to our systems.
A few of our residents left temporarily to be with family (or just outside the city) for unknown durations.
All intend to come back, and all have already been gone longer than they initially expected. With fewer
people, we've reshuffled our chore and dish crew systems based on what is most important to us now.
In addition to just being a residence, we are a vibrant community space and in normal times, we hold a
weekly Quaker meeting for worship, a variety of our own in-house programming, as well as serving as a
hub for a number of community and organizing groups around Boston to host trainings, meetings,
workshops, and events. All of this has come to a halt, though we are running virtual programming.
We also have needed to have many community conversations around various changing standards and
practices for our shared spaces, from common rooms, to the kitchen, to the bathrooms. We've got a few
working groups who continue to meet and adjust our working agreements and practices based on an
ever-changing environment and the feedback of other residents.
One gift has been that for those of us still in the House, we get to spend a lot of quality time together.
Being a community located in a city, we are all very scheduled and busy people, and it's been a treat to
have more time together. We've set up a new living room in a space that used to host the Quaker
Meeting and other public events, and we are projecting movies, playing board games, coworking, and
doing other things together.
I'd be happy to answer any more questions or be of assistance in any way.

We are honouring the safety precautions of course, when we have to go out for necessary food items,
etc. We generally send some younger members out, as they are less at risk than the elders. We were not
holding our usual Sunday gatherings and potluck lunches, until recently we will be able to reconvene.
